Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable STEM or business discipline
Minimum ten years of experience in managing DoD test and evaluation programs
Demonstrated experience should include the testing and evaluation of weapons, weapons systems, and/or combat systems
Preferred
Experience in all facets of program management including cost, schedule performance, resource allocation, quality, safety, and training/certification
Demonstrated experience in risk management including the implementation of detailed mitigation plans
Experience developing and managing cost estimates/budgets, program plans and schedules based using Integrated Master Schedules
Experience leading and managing a workforce with diverse technical expertise across multiple projects
