Regional Sales Manager - Virginia
Horizon Food Brokers is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen distributor relationships across an assigned region. This role serves as the key connection between distributors, clients, and customers, executing sales programs and achieving revenue targets for assigned principals.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow distributor relationships while identifying new partnership opportunities
Execute regional sales strategies and promotional programs
Collaborate with Horizon sales teams and distributor product managers
Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales performance
Conduct daily operator calls across multiple foodservice segments
Represent Horizon at trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events
Deliver accurate CRM reporting and support quarterly revenue targets
Train and support distributor sales teams
Qualification
Required
Foodservice sales, brokerage, or distributor experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proven ability to drive sales results and manage multiple accounts
Comfortable presenting, training, and traveling within the region
