Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive program support to the Business Operations Program and the Director’s Office by managing Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) requests
Coordinating Division-wide operational activities
Executing a broad range of administrative, logistical, and project responsibilities
Develops and maintains program workflows
Manages project timelines
Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors
Ensures timely and accurate execution of operational objectives
Functions with a high degree of independence
Serves as the logistical and administrative lead for high-impact initiatives requiring sustained cross-functional coordination
Requires process development, technical analysis, and sustained coordination

Required

Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years
Must be a current resident of Colorado
Must pass a thorough background check prior to employment which will include the E-Verify process

Preferred

Experience performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employee
6 months or more of Workers' Compensation related experience
