Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and engage external engineering services firms to support advanced nuclear projects
Lead negotiations, manage MSAs, fixed-price contracts, and other contractual arrangements
Represent the company’s requirements to engineering teams and ensure external vendors meet performance and quality standards
Build and scale a world-class supplier network capable of supporting rapid deployment of modular nuclear systems
Manage vendor performance, risk, and cost to support strategic and operational goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with engineering or technical service vendors, especially in hardware, manufacturing, or aerospace
Track record in high-growth, startup, or frontier tech environments where ambiguity and ownership are key
Strong contractual and negotiation experience, including MSAs and fixed-price agreements
Comfortable leading external service engagements where scope is not fully defined, driving clarity and execution
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with internal engineering and project teams
