Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on inventory management, billing strategy, and collections best practices to improve financial performance and client outcomes
Oversee and support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, maintaining a strong understanding of internal procedures, policies, and systems
Act as a primary point of contact for billing- and collections-related matters, coordinating across shared services teams and internal finance partners to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with client-specific billing requirements and Outside Counsel Guidelines, working closely with finance and technical support teams to facilitate accurate and timely invoicing
Partner with internal stakeholders to address workflow, capacity, or process challenges as they arise
Contribute to finance-led initiatives, reporting needs, and special projects aligned with broader business objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Legal Billing/ Revenue experience within a fast paced, high volume legal environment
Strong eBilling experience (utilization of eBilling Hub, BillBlast, TyMetrix, LEDES, Collaborati etc.)
Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables / VLookUps)
Experience working closely with partners and clients
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
