Responsibilities

Driving revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition
Owning the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining a healthy pipeline
Following a structured process to move leads through the sales funnel
Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs with support from your manager and team
Delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Deeply understanding our product, market, and competitors

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience owning the sales cycle in transactional sales, targeting SMB/mid-market customers
Skilled in optimizing sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Proven ability to develop and execute effective outbound plans
Prior experience selling SaaS platforms
Confidently deliver compelling presentations to C-level stakeholders
Proactively pursue opportunities and build a robust pipeline
Continuously learn, adapt, and embrace challenges
Work hard as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Thrive in a dynamic startup environment
Communicate clearly and effectively with peers and customers
Adhere to high ethical standards and transparency
