Responsibilities

Must be local to the Phoenix metro and able to interview and work onsite (Hybrid)
Coordinate information gathering, stakeholder reviews, documentation readiness, and dependency tracking across Technology, Risk, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Sourcing teams
Ensure complete, accurate, and timely compliance with client Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) requirements

Required

Functional knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management / TLM concepts
Understanding of data privacy and data classification fundamentals
Familiarity with Information security controls and certifications
SaaS and cloud deployment models
Strong documentation and tracking discipline to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
Comfort engaging vendors on sensitive topics (ownership, security, data handling)
Evaluate and escalate objective risks and inconsistencies
