Learning Designer
MMD Services is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to support the design and delivery of onboarding and training programs across a franchise-based hotel portfolio. This role involves translating business priorities into engaging learning experiences that prepare leaders and teams for success.

Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and operational leaders to design learning programs end to end
Translate business goals into clear learning outcomes, curricula, and learning journeys
Design adult-learning-centered, performance-based experiences
Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, digital content, and on-the-job tools
Apply instructional design and learning science best practices
Iterate based on feedback, learner insights, and pilots
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Design with LMS capabilities and constraints in mind
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Learning / Instructional / Learning Experience Designer
Portfolio of end-to-end learning program design
Strong curriculum and blended learning design skills
Experience partnering with SMEs and business stakeholders
Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
