Responsibilities
Provision and revoke user access to applications, servers, folders, email accounts, and groups using established security rules and standards
Coordinate and resolve access requests, incidents, and account-related projects in a timely manner
Maintain and update security roles, procedures, and documentation
Participate in application and system integrations, access testing, and troubleshooting
Monitor, audit, and analyze user access to identify risks and ensure least-privilege access
Support security policies, standards, awareness initiatives, and audit requests
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Collaborate with IT teams, project teams, and external partners on security-related matters
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with identity and access management
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, and Windows network environments
Understanding of network and application security concepts (e.g., LDAP, distributed systems)
Experience supporting security audits and risk mitigation activities
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with security tools, infrastructure, and automation
Familiarity with project planning and cross-functional collaboration
