They are seeking a Senior FP&A professional with deep financial modeling and long-range planning expertise to support enterprise-level strategic decision-making, focusing on building scalable planning models and modernizing legacy financial tools.

Responsibilities
Design and maintain modular, driver-based long-range planning (LRP) models, including P&L, cash flow, and ROIC
Build robust scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risk, opportunity, and outcome ranges
Deliver executive-ready outputs to support strategic and investment decisions
Audit, refactor, and rebuild legacy financial models to eliminate hardcoding, circular references, and inefficiencies
Improve model transparency, scalability, and performance
Establish modeling standards including version control, validation checks, and documentation
Automate data ingestion and integrate multiple financial data sources
Reduce planning cycle times while improving data accuracy and integrity
Create a single source of truth for planning and forecasting
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking–style roles
Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets (architecture, error-proofing, sensitivity analysis)
Strong understanding of US GAAP and full three-statement financial flows
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve balance sheet and cash flow issues
Demonstrated experience automating manual workflows and integrating data sources
Excellent business judgment, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Background with subscription, SaaS, or cloud-scale business models and unit economics
Experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, or Planful
Exposure to SQL or Python for analytics and data automation
Experience with Power BI or Tableau
Prior experience with well-known technology organizations (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, or similar Bay Area firms)
