Develop and execute regional business development and marketing strategies for skilled nursing facilities
Drive census growth through hospital, physician, ACO, and community referral relationships
Lead, coach, and mentor business development and external marketing teams
Analyze market trends, referral data, and competitor activity
Partner with Administrators, DONs, and executive leadership to align growth strategies
Represent the organization in the community and at healthcare networking events
Ensure compliance with all healthcare marketing regulations
Qualification
Required
Skilled nursing / long-term care business development experience
Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-facility marketing teams
Strong knowledge of hospital referral networks and discharge planning processes
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
