Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce and wholesale orders accurately
Organize inventory by size, SKU, and category
Maintain a clean, structured warehouse environment
Receive incoming inventory and properly log and store items
Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items and report immediately
Assist with basic operational tasks as needed (labeling, folding, prep work)
Follow established workflows and meet daily task deadlines
Communicate clearly when tasks are completed or if issues arise
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay focused
Physically able to lift boxes and be on your feet
Dependable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable following systems and checklists
Preferred
Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or apparel experience is a plus (not required)
