Responsibilities
Lead and support manufacturing engineering activities within assigned technical disciplines
Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to quality, efficiency, and reliability
Identify technical issues and develop creative solutions where standard methods may not exist
Support process validation, verification, and documentation activities
Collaborate with peers and mentors through technical reviews and project discussions
Ensure manufacturing practices align with operational and business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Medical device experience and or automation experience, including experience gained through internships
Internship experience and or active involvement in engineering related academic projects or activities
Up to three years of manufacturing or engineering experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process improvement methods
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend effective solutions
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred, with flexibility for other manufacturing related engineering degrees based on experience
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Exposure to validation and verification activities
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
