Service Delivery Manager
AIFA Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, incident triage, and ensuring service quality and availability across network and cloud environments.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations for hybrid network and infrastructure environments (on-prem and Azure cloud)
Own incident triage, major incident management, and resolution across network, cloud, and infrastructure domains
Manage shift schedules, operational coverage, and handover processes to ensure 24x7 service continuity
Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and service disruptions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network, cloud, security, storage, and application teams
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Drive service stability, SLA compliance, documentation, and continuous service improvement
Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders during incidents and operational reviews
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard, FortiGate (GUI/CLI), Aruba SD-WAN Orchestrator, and Zscaler console
Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, VRFs
Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, NAT, ACLs, and QoS policies
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and firewall configuration across hybrid environments
Working knowledge of Azure networking, including VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, NSGs, and routing
Understanding of VMware virtual networking, including vSwitches, distributed switches, port groups, and VLAN tagging
Experience with network and performance monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, or Azure Network Watcher
Familiarity with ITSM tools including ServiceNow and Remedy
Familiarity with storage network protocols: iSCSI, NFS, SMB
Experience troubleshooting connectivity with Dell PowerStore and Isilon
Understanding of backup and replication traffic flows involving Commvault, Zerto, and storage systems
Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead incident bridges and collaborate effectively across teams
Strong organizational and operational leadership skills
