Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement robust data analytics solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake data warehouse and prepare dashboards
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Implement analytical frameworks for predictive analytics and data-driven decision support
Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Utilize Streamlit to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards that communicate complex data insights in an easily understandable manner
Work with business analysts, clients and other stakeholders to understand business requirements for analytical solutions to be developed by self and the offshore team. Deliver high quality client services, including documentation within expected timeframes
Qualification
Required
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
Previous experience (7+ years) in analytics, preferably in BFSI
Good knowledge in Financial Analytics, Banking Analytics
Strong proficiency in Python & SQL is essential
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS Sage maker
Experience in financial modeling and valuations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives etc
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting analysis, Portfolio monitoring, Financial analytics will be preferred
