Required

Strong technical skills and a highly collaborative approach
Proven ability to think systematically and work effectively with others
High craft with expert proficiency in Figma. This means they have a portfolio which shows modern simple and intuitive designs (high bar on quality)
Strong prototyper (can be any prototyping tool)
High output generator, able generate high amount of good designs within short time
Past enterprise tooling experience and designs for web + mobile

Preferred

Experience across both mobile (Android, iOS) and desktop platforms is preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
An effective communicator and engaging storyteller, conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision
Experienced at working with cross-functional partners and collaborating with other designers
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
