Responsibilities

Own and execute complete recruiting lifecycles for mission critical roles across Engineering, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, and Corporate Leadership
Demonstrate advanced sourcing capabilities across multiple channels: direct sourcing, passive candidate development, industry network activation and strategic recruiting partnerships
Conduct expert-level candidate assessment through structured behavioral interviewing, technical screening coordination, and leadership competency evaluation
Navigate complex, competitive offer negotiations in tight talent markets, positioning EXALTA's value proposition effectively
Deliver a positive candidate experience that strengthens EXALTA's employer brand, even with candidates not selected
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
Lead structured intake conversations to align expectations, capabilities, and search parameters
Enable hiring managers with interview tools, guidance, and best practices to drive effective decisions
Use hiring metrics to maintain speed, accountability, and continuous improvement
Design and maintain end-to-end talent acquisition processes that are scalable, compliant, and aligned to business needs
Document standardized TA workflows, roles, and decision points to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization
Create and maintain practical TA playbooks, templates, and job aids to enable recruiters and hiring managers
In partnership with the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations, serve as the SME of the recruitment module of ADP, configuring workflows, approvals, templates, and integrations
Implement automation to streamline requisition approvals, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting
Evaluate and deploy AI-enabled recruiting tools responsibly, ensuring fairness, compliance, and transparency
Use data and market intelligence to continuously refine sourcing strategies, processes, and automation

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; or, equivalent combination of education and experience
10 years of progressive, hands-on talent acquisition experience with demonstrable expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle
Proven track record as a high-performing individual contributor recruiter in medical device, life sciences, biotechnology or advanced manufacturing environments
Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, OFCCP/EEO compliance, and defensible selections practices in regulated environments
Exceptional stakeholder management skills – you build credibility quickly and influence without authority
Strong track record developing hiring manager capability, particularly with leaders new to professional recruiting support

Preferred

Experience in private-equity-backed portfolio companies navigating rapid growth or integration
Exposure to M&A integration, site consolidation, or multi-site manufacturing TA
Expert-level ATS administration and workflow optimization (ADP Recruiting experience highly valued)
