Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Send monthly customer statements and ensure all invoices are entered by month-end
Track and verify payments, including cash and credit card transactions
Collect, organize, and file vendor bills; check for duplicates and discrepancies
Proofread invoices for accuracy, including customer and address details
Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing office supplies
Enter employee timesheets for Iowa and Illinois and process payroll checks
Qualification
Required
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Friendly, professional customer service skills
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Comfortable meeting monthly deadlines
