Responsibilities
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating events across Syracuse
Support event logistics, timelines, and on-site operations
Communicate with venues, suppliers, and vendors to confirm event details
Prepare event materials, equipment, and documentation
Provide on-site support during setup, live events, and breakdown
Ensure events follow schedules, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Maintain accurate event records and post-event reports
Support multiple events while meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication abilities
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
