They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead project plans, design processes, and ensure successful data integration for their customers.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain project plans, conduct weekly checkpoints, manage risk logs, and deliver on‑time/on‑budget go‑lives
Map current vs. future‑state workflows (demand, supply, inventory). Configure Streamline’s AI forecasting, inventory policies, and S&OP dashboards to meet client KPIs
Partner with customer IT to automate data feeds via API/ODBC or flat files. Cleanse master data; build reconciliation scripts; resolve defects
Lead the first 30 days post‑go‑live, transition to Customer Success, and channel field insights to Product Management
Qualification
Required
3+ years implementing supply-chain planning or ERP software (e.g., Streamline, Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, NetSuite)
Solid grasp of demand planning, MPS/MRP, DRP and inventory optimization
Hands-on SQL or Python for data wrangling; comfortable with REST/JSON APIs and ETL tools
Proven project-management chops — able to juggle multiple projects concurrently
Eligible to work remotely
Preferred
Supply-chain experience in CPG, food & beverage, fashion or electronics
Familiarity with statistical forecasting techniques or optimization solvers
APICS CSCP/CPIM, PMP or Scrum Master certification
Prior start-up or hyper-growth SaaS exposure
