Regional Sales Manager
Verto People is a leading manufacturer of advanced compressed air and gas treatment solutions. They are seeking technically minded Sales Representatives to drive business development and strengthen OEM and distribution partnerships across the Midwest region.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow OEM sales channels across the Midwest, engaging with machine builders, equipment manufacturers, and integrators
Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and production teams to identify opportunities for compressed air and gas treatment integration
Present technical solutions across the product range — including filters, dryers, condensate management systems, and nitrogen/oxygen generators
Identify new business opportunities through direct OEM outreach and channel partners
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, technical quotations, and application-specific solutions
Collaborate with internal engineering and product management teams to support customer-specific requirements and custom skid packages
Attend trade shows, customer demonstrations, and industry events to represent the brand and promote solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience ideally within compressed air systems, gas generation, or industrial filtration
Experience managing multi-state territories and developing new business pipelines
Candidates from any background in rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, or similar technical fields are encouraged to apply
