Responsibilities
Prepare internal and external portfolio models, investment dashboards, and performance reporting
Automate and streamline reporting and data analytics processes across investment services, with a focus on monitoring and reporting on asset classes and underlying managers
Assist with private fund closings, including investor onboarding workflows, documentation tracking, subscription processing coordination, and post-close operational setup (accounts, reporting packages, and administrator/custodian processes)
Fulfill prospective investor diligence requests, including investment and performance reporting
Develop and maintain data infrastructure across internal and external platforms to support investment services workflows
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
Tasked with supporting visualization efforts across the firm
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, investment operations, data analysis, or a related field
CFA Designation (or willingness to pursue the CFA designation) is required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment depending on the needs of the day
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
SQL preferred
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is preferred
