Legal Administrative Assistant
Plona Partners is a law firm seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing backup support for legal secretarial staff, preparing and managing legal documents, and assisting with client interactions.

Responsibilities
Backup for Legal Secretary staff
Create Client Binders for executed trust and estate documents
Prepare documents as needed
Draft, revise and finalize will, trusts and other trust and estate documents and letters
Manage email attachments appropriately as requested
Document formatting and scanning
Photocopy and preparation of correspondence for mailing (i.e., Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, UPS, and FedEx, etc.)
Maintenance of desk files and timely client document filing
Serve as witness at client signing
Backup for Receptionist as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Two (2) or more years of Word Processor experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Adobe
Exceptional organization skills and attention to details
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to prioritize, multitask effectively and manage time effectively
Overtime only when requested by the attorney
Preferred
Degree in business administration
