Responsibilities
Plan and execute service transitions, ensuring smooth handover from incumbent teams
Define timelines, milestones, success criteria, and communication plans
Manage stakeholders across business, IT, service providers, and customers
Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues
Oversee knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and training activities
Drive process optimization and continuous service improvement
Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular reporting on transition progress, risks, and issues using Jira
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience
Excellent knowledge of Jira
Strong experience in Transition & Project Management
Hands-on experience transitioning L1–L2 Tech Support / Application Support processes
Strong Change Management and stakeholder engagement skills
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Jira for tracking tasks, risks, and reporting
Preferred
ITIL certification (preferred)
Experience in managed services or service delivery environments
