This role is responsible for owning and driving end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that support customer growth, engagement, and retention, primarily for consumer banking products.

Responsibilities
Own lifecycle marketing strategy from beginning to end, including onboarding, activation, and retention
Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
Drive customer onboarding and activation initiatives to improve early engagement and adoption
Lead retention-focused programs designed to deepen relationships and reduce churn
Manage and continuously improve lifecycle marketing roadmaps and prioritization
Own performance outcomes and results end-to-end, from strategy development through execution and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, technology, and marketing partners
Use Agile methodologies to plan, track, and execute marketing workstreams
Leverage Jira to manage workflows, backlog, and delivery milestones
Qualification
Required
Digital marketing experience, ideally within consumer-facing or financial services environments
Demonstrated ability to own initiatives and results end-to-end
Experience developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies
Hands-on experience managing full customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, activation, retention)
Strong project ownership and execution skills
Preferred
Experience supporting deposit and/or checking products is highly preferred
Experience working with consumer banking clients or within consumer banking organizations
Lending product experience (a plus, not required)
Familiarity working in Agile teams within regulated industries
