Project setup, budgets, job cost tracking, and financial reporting
Billing, A/R, and collections
Vendor, subcontractor, and consultant invoicing
Contract, change order, and cost control support
Ongoing coordination with Project Managers, Operations, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Project accounting experience within commercial or industrial construction environments
Direct contractor-side experience
Comfort managing the financial side of projects from setup through closeout
Project setup, budgets, job cost tracking, and financial reporting
Billing, A/R, and collections
Vendor, subcontractor, and consultant invoicing
Contract, change order, and cost control support
Ongoing coordination with Project Managers, Operations, and leadership teams
Experience supporting larger-scale, multi-phase construction projects
Comfort managing multiple concurrent jobs
Detail-driven, organized, and confident partnering closely with PMs and operations teams
Required / preferred software experience: Sage 300 CRE / Sage Timberline, Viewpoint Vista or Spectrum, CMiC, Procore or similar project financial management tools
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas; Power Query a plus)
