Intern - Employment Office Analyst
Publix Pharmacy is committed to developing its associates and offers a Summer Internship Program aimed at preparing young professionals for various opportunities. The Employment Office is seeking a motivated intern to improve the hiring process by developing a PowerApp that streamlines requests and enhances monitoring through dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with EO leadership and staff to gather and document requirements for the PowerApp
Develop and enhance a PowerApp that incorporates requirements from EO leadership and staff, streamlining the process for internal customers to submit hiring requests
Build features that allow EO leadership to assign tasks to clerks and track progress through the app
Create dashboards and reports to monitor the status and completion of hiring requests
Qualification
Required
must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May; or if graduating from a bachelor's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester; or if graduating from a master's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester
must be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in business administration, business analytics, data analytics, management information systems, or logistics and be a current junior or above (rising senior or above as of the program start in Summer 2026) or a graduate student
basic understanding of business process mapping or workflow concepts
basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
analytical skills, problem solving, logical reasoning
Preferred
basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Dataverse)
experience with or interest in learning about low‑code/no‑code development tools
ability to work independently, be a self-starter and to multi-task
