Responsibilities
Partner with the FP&A team to support reporting and analysis of SaaS metrics including ACV, churn, down sell, GRR, and NRR
Contribute to monthly forecast updates, budget vs. actual analysis, and financial reporting packages for leadership and investors
Support business reviews with margin analysis, customer cohort performance, and renewal forecasting
Assist in building dashboards and models for real-time customer spend, bookings-to-billings tracking, and DSO reduction initiatives
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting and/or FP&A in a SaaS environment
Experience with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue analytics (ACV, churn, etc.)
Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
Advanced Excel and working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Power BI)
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting or leading month-end close processes
Exposure to billing systems, deal desk processes, or order-to-cash operations
Prior involvement in system implementations or process automation
