Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Java-based applications
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams
Provide technical guidance to development teams (Java, Spring, Microservices)
Oversee architecture, design reviews, and code quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps best practices
Prepare project status reports and present to stakeholders
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams for smooth deployments

Qualification

Java 8/11+Spring BootMicroservices ArchitectureCloud platformsCI/CD toolsProject ManagementAgile/ScrumStakeholder ManagementCommunication Skills

Required

2-3 of experience in Java/J2EE development
3–5+ years of experience in project management
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11+
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC
Strong hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs
Strong hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
