Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive paralegal support in complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Manage large-scale discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery coordination
Assist with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation (exhibits, witness binders, chronologies)
Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines; ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
Perform legal research and factual investigation as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling complex commercial litigation matters
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Experience with e-filing systems and litigation support software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
Preferred
Paralegal certificate or relevant degree
