Responsibilities
Leads or contributes to the overall design, selection, installation, modification, and operation of an information systems capability
Understands and applies Project Management practices
Follows standard procedures for a particular set of applications
Develops documentation and delivers training in the fundamentals of various applications
Scheduling expertise and cost management
Authority to complete assignments according to standard operating procedures; Exercises own judgement in proposing a solution for handling non-standard assignments
Developing cost estimates, project plans and execution of projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology. Experience in lieu of education considered
Minimum of 7 years of applicable and proven experience in leading Information Technology / Services Projects
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
Developed communication skills, both written & verbal. Able to translate technical jargon to simple business language
Understands and applies Project Management methodologies and practices
