Responsibilities
Consult with stakeholders to design robust measurement frameworks that connect online and offline consumer activity
Develop advanced attribution and optimization models to guide marketing investment and strategy
Design and execute complex analyses, test plans, and audience segmentation strategies
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior client and business stakeholders
Contribute to the design of scalable analytic processes, templates, and tools
Guide marketing science work including campaign impact measurement, media testing, and reporting automation
Mentor junior analysts and guide analytic design across engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
6-8 years of experience in data analytics, marketing science, or strategy
Strong communication and storytelling with client stakeholders
Able to translate insights across channels and verticals for broad application
Strong understanding of omni-channel measurement techniques and marketing KPIs
Applies knowledge from multiple verticals and multiple channels to identify client opportunities
Experienced in dashboarding, statistical methodologies, and analytical design best practices
Experience with Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau or similar visualization tool
