Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact
Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements
Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements
Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication
Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas
Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities
Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with the Florida Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) required
Experience working with large datasets, including the ability to analyze trends and identify issues required
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Experience collaborating with community organizations, leadership teams, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders required
Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter without the need for micromanagement
Florida residency required
Must be willing and able to work a shift between 7:30am-7:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday required
Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
Preferred
Advanced degree or professional designation preferred
Familiarity with the Florida CHIP program is strongly preferred
