Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Financial Planning, creating and managing budgets, and resource allocation
Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Analysis
Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
Advanced leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
Preferred
Prior experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the aerospace or technology sectors
A CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification is highly desirable
