Responsibilities
Own critical, high-impact projects end-to-end, from concept through planning, execution, and measurement
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-changing problems and deliver results quickly
Move seamlessly across product, growth, and customer experience to support company priorities
Step into gaps, unblock decisions, and ensure cross-functional work progresses efficiently
Represent the Chief Executive Officer in meetings, manage follow-ups, and support execution on key initiatives
Support growth and marketing efforts, including influencer testing, content experiments, and brand initiatives
Assist with marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending next actions
Contribute to public relations, social storytelling, and other initiatives that build trust and brand awareness
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a fast-paced business-to-consumer startup or consumer company with broad responsibility
Bachelor's degree required
MBA strongly preferred
Demonstrates a strong ability to switch contexts quickly and operate effectively in ambiguity
Brings strong analytical skills and comfort with data-informed decision making
Exhibits a high-ownership mindset, proactively identifying problems and driving solutions
Is scrappy, resourceful, and energized by building from the ground up in an early-stage environment
