Smart Branch Member Relationship Specialist - Float
Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Smart Branch Member Relationship Specialist - Float to assist members at in-school branch locations. The role involves identifying membership and lending needs, delivering solutions, and supporting daily operations while developing students' financial service knowledge.

Responsibilities
To “deliver an unexpected experience” by consistently providing outstanding service to internal and external members with every interaction
Uncover member needs by asking questions and provide solutions to their needs
Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services
Regularly follow up with members to ensure that their financial needs are met and uncover any additional needs they may have
Responsible to meet or exceed established sales and service goals
Remain up-to-date on current products, services, and marketing campaigns through attending training, and remaining familiarity of all changes and disclosures
Remain compliant with all financial regulations including: BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc as they apply to the duties of the position
Maintain confidentiality of member information and other sensitive information
Develop relationships with key school personnel in order to assist in driving traffic to the in-school branch
Help train students on service standards that are expected within the SMART Branch
Float to other SMART Branch locations as needed, and to other branch locations when the smart branch is closed during school holidays and Summer, or as needed
Demonstrate enthusiastic support of corporate mission, core values and long-term objectives. Performs job duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures. This includes compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Assets Control and USA Patriot Act as they apply to the duties of the position
May perform other duties as required to maintain credit union services and operations
