Responsibilities
Lead the development, testing, and deployment of advanced automated workflows using the Genpact iBPMs Cora platform
Leverage modern Azure Services to implement Agentic solutions
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Cora Developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, and solution architects to define technical requirements, architectural patterns, and solutions for complex business processes
Ensure the implementation of robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and security mechanisms for all solutions
Drive the optimization of all solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability, leveraging advanced features available in Cora platform as well as SQL Server, Azure Services, and JavaScript
Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across the team
Function as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting and timely resolutions
Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, design specifications, and process flows
Stay abreast of the latest features, capabilities, and best practices of the Genpact Cora platform, Microsoft Azure services, and related automation technologies
Contribute to the strategic planning and evolution of the Cora platform's usage within the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in managing technical teams through an implementing of complex workflow automation solutions using iBPMs platforms. Significant hands-on experience is required
Strong proficiency in utilizing Azure Services, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server, with a proven record of applying these technologies in complex enterprise environments
Solid understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly those relevant to data extraction and content understanding (e.g., Azure Document Intelligence, Content Understanding, GenAI)
Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities
Expert-level analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to implement robust solutions for intricate business challenges
Deep proficiency in data manipulation, integration, and transformation concepts, including complex API integrations (REST, SOAP) and various data formats (JSON, XML)
Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred
3-5 year of iBPMs and Azure services implementation experience
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
Understanding of GenAI to drive the integration of tools to enhance development efficiency, solution design, and team productivity
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing) where process automation and compliance are critical
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure and iBPMs technologies
Exposure to other object-oriented programming languages like C#.Net and ASP.NET for advanced customizations
