Responsibilities
Lead the full construction lifecycle of utility-scale Solar PV projects
Manage schedules, budgets, cost & production performance
Coordinate closely with Construction Directors, Site Teams, Engineering, and Procurement
Ensure compliance with OSHA, QHSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements
Maintain strong client relationships and clear project reporting
Be on site ~30% of the time to support execution, decision-making, and safety
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Project Management experience in U.S. utility-scale renewable or heavy construction
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience)
OSHA 30 (OSHA 10 acceptable for onboarding)
Experience with MS Project/P6, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Willingness to travel to project sites
