Responsibilities
Run on-demand deliveries to technicians when urgent parts are needed
Restock service trucks daily with parts used the prior day
Check and correct inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
Support inventory accuracy by catching errors and discrepancies
Keep plumbing trucks organized, trash-free, and properly stocked
Coordinate with office staff to ensure parts are ordered, picked up, and distributed efficiently
Apply knowledge of plumbing parts and materials to improve stocking accuracy and speed
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of inventory and/or delivery experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no tickets or DUI)
Experience and knowledge of plumbing parts and materials required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lift and move plumbing parts, water heaters, and related materials
Team-player mindset with a focus on supporting field technicians
Preferred
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar inventory software preferred
