Program Manager - US Apache Production and Fielding

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their Domestic Apache Production and Fielding team in Mesa, Arizona. The role will lead the Production and Fielding efforts for US Army Apache programs, ensuring successful execution of program requirements while managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provides total program and business leadership and is responsible for the successful execution of US Army Apache program requirements including technical, cost, schedule and customer satisfaction
Provides positive and inspiring leadership both internally and externally amongst program stakeholders
Develops positive and productive relationships with key personnel within the USG and Boeing to deliver on successful execution of all aspects of the programs
Utilizes, applies and drives continuous improvement through the deployment of Program Management Best Practices throughout the program lifecycle to enhance program performance
Proactively manages risks, issues and opportunities to the mutual benefit of customers and the company
Supports the growth and development of skills, abilities and experience of members of Apache Program Office team

Required

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of Senior Leader or Manager experience
5+ years' Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on major and/or complex programs, projects or initiatives
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Preferred

Formal program management experience
Experience managing complex production programs
Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
Experience working with senior and/or executive management and military officials
