Responsibilities
Provide operations training and Stan/Eval program support at the Squadron, Group, and/or Wing level
Maintain, manage, and update training and Stan/Eval records using PEX (or similar proprietary systems)
Support flying unit training programs by tracking qualifications, certifications, and currency requirements
Utilize Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint to manage training databases, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with squadron leadership, instructors, and Stan/Eval personnel to support mission requirements
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of training and Stan/Eval documentation
Support audits, inspections, and evaluations related to training and standardization programs
Qualification
Required
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary training or operations management system
Minimum two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron, Group, and/or Wing training or Stan/Eval program; OR
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a DoD flying Squadron, Group, and/or Wing–equivalent training or Stan/Eval program
Must be a U.S. Citizen
