Draft pleadings, discovery, legal memoranda, letters, and other court documents
Handle all phases of discovery: discovery drafting, conduct client/witness interviews, review and analyze documents, depositions and working with experts
Assist with motion, deposition, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals
Legal research
Communicate with clients, witnesses and experts
Organize, summarize and analyze case information
Qualification
Required
3+ years of civil litigation experience with a proven track record in managing complex tasks
Technical Proficiency: strong skills in Relativity/Cimplifi
Strong understanding of civil procedure, litigation processes and rules of evidence
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
