They are seeking a Hiring Coordinator to provide excellent customer service to applicants and work closely with regional recruiters to process and hire qualified substitute teachers and support staff.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional quality service to new applicants throughout the hiring process
Move applicants through the hiring pipeline in a timely manner to be able to accept assignments within our systems
Manage communication with potential candidates including logistics of interviews and training sessions
Assist candidates in obtaining state and federal credentialing and clearances as well as any new hire paperwork needed
Enter new employee information into payroll systems, such as tax and direct deposit information
Audit all new hire documents and guide candidates through the credentialing process
Provide administrative support to the Recruiters and District Manager
Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws
Work cooperatively with all members of the team; initiate and maintain excellent working relations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of six months of previous HR/staffing experience required
Knowledge of the overall onboarding process
Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High organizational skills
