Responsibilities

Assist loan officers with preparing loan packages by gathering and verifying borrower financial documentation
Order and track credit reports, appraisals, title commitments, and other loan-related documents
Monitor loan files, track status updates, and follow up on missing or incomplete information
Coordinate with borrowers, real estate professionals, and settlement agents to support timely loan closings
Answer incoming phone calls and emails, respond to customer inquiries, and route issues as needed
Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with internal lending procedures
Perform administrative tasks including filing, reporting, and document management as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in loan operations, mortgage lending, or a related financial services role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site office environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with loan origination systems and lending procedures
