Responsibilities
Application Developer with expertise in Process Management / Business Process Management (BPM)
Specializes in implementing integration components using best practices, methods, and standards such as: Services integration, WebSphere Integration Developer (WID/WWI), IDD, BPEL
Applies knowledge of: Industry-specific capability models, Process models (BPMN), Service models, Business object models
Streamlines development and testing of Automated Process projects
Possesses a strong understanding of process workflow and orchestration to build applications integrating multiple systems
Capable of handling technical aspects of automating re-imagined processes/workflows, including: Customization of models and processes, Solution outline, Development, testing, and operational phases
Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM CP4BA – Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM BPM)
Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0, including: Business Process Diagrams (BPD), Routing, Loops, Gateways
Experience building user interfaces using: Coaches and Coach Views, Supporting technologies such as CSS and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with integration services, including: REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, AJAX for external system integration
Solid understanding of: Database concepts, Data structures, SQL syntax
Experience deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, including: Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes
Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments
Experience in BAW performance tuning and troubleshooting

Required
