Responsibilities
The PR Specialist on iPhone plays a critical role in educating the world about iPhone
Working with PR teams in the US and internationally, you will help to build and implement global launches and news announcements for iPhone, support creator activities and social-first experiences and initiatives, identify and help manage issues in continuous news cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in public relations, PR agency or corporate settings
media relations experience
experience working with social influencers
the ability to effectively distill complex ideas into easily understood messaging
demonstrated experience working on successful launches and momentum storytelling
Preferred
Positive team-player who thrives working with others and is excited to represent Apple
A keen understanding of, or passion for, the consumer technology space
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to focus, simplify tasks, and manage multiple projects and programs from start to finish under pressure
Experience in media relations, product launches and creative PR campaigns — including social-first campaigns — that drive meaningful impact
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superb attention to detail
A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities
Ability to quickly analyze media coverage and sentiment, anticipate potential issues, and apply insights to the team's work
Effective collaborator who will work cross-functionally across teams and geographies while demonstrating integrity at all times
