Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations)
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools
Build custom plug-ins, workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps
Configure and enhance forms, views, dashboards, and model-driven apps
Develop and maintain integrations using Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs
Perform data migration and transformation using tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS
Maintain code quality through reviews, unit testing, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Partner with functional teams to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades and maintenance
Stay current with Microsoft release waves, new features, and licensing considerations

Required

7+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Background in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with Azure integration services
Familiarity with solution management, environments, and ALM practices in Dynamics 365

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer Associate or equivalent
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
Knowledge of security roles, field-level security, and environment management
Familiarity with SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS
