858 Partners is seeking a Client Partner to drive exceptional results for their clients and internal team. The role involves managing client relationships, project planning, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Lead prep and internal coordination for recurring client calls
Drive follow-up, action item tracking, and accountability across internal teams
Own agenda setting and meeting documentation to ensure clarity and momentum
Proactively share market insights, updates, and recommendations with clients via email and on calls
Build and maintain project plans across client accounts
Ensure timely execution of internal deliverables and priorities
Coordinate support for client initiatives, particularly around events and activations
Keep key internal tools and task boards updated and actionable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Attio (CRM) and other internal platforms
Organize and deliver summaries of meetings, status updates, and strategic progress
Track KPIs tied to client value delivery, commercial terms/status and retention
Support clients in preparing for industry events
Attend 858 events to support clients’ on-site success
Coordinate logistics, messaging, and supporting materials to drive outcomes
Support post-event follow-up and connection activation
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in client success, project management, consulting, and/or operations
Proven track record managing client relationships and driving value-add outcomes
Strong communication and writing skills—both internal and client-facing
AI-Native, hands-on experience with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Notion, Metabase, Attio)
Preferred
Exposure to high-growth startups, restaurant tech, or B2B SaaS environments
