Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
You will perform the Technical Business Analyst role to create and refine technical backend user stories to deliver product features across 1-2 Scrum teams
You will remove research and technical impediments for the team
Qualification
Required
10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
5+ years Atlassian tool suite experience
1+ year of Schwab technology domain experience gained as a current or recent contractor or employee
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office tools such as JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, and Excel
Preferred
3+ years of work experience in a technical role that includes writing or reviewing code
Experience analyzing technically complex, cross-organizational, global, or multi-stakeholder projects
Experience using Visual Studio and GIT repositories for code management
Understanding of waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills
Excellent time management, communication, collaboration and organization skills
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) basic concepts

Strong presentation skills for review with stakeholders
