Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards
Ensure alignment of IT architecture with Siteimprove’s business goals and compliance requirements
Establish governance processes for technology adoption and lifecycle management
Apply architectural standards consistently across the application lifecycle
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements
Oversee integration of applications, data, and infrastructure across hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises)
Define and maintain technology roadmaps for applications, platforms, and infrastructure
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve efficiency and security
Enable safe adoption of Data and AI capabilities, applying privacy and AI governance principles
Partner with Information Security to ensure architecture meets regulatory and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)
Embed security-by-design principles into all architectural decisions
Champion Zero Trust Architecture across the organization
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy
Mentor and support technical leads to ensure adherence to architectural standards
Prepare and support M&A activities, including technology due diligence and integration planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in IT architecture roles, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), SaaS solutions, and integration patterns
Experience with implementing architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and modelling tools
Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks
Proven experience in enterprise architecture within complex, multi-platform environments
Familiarity with AI governance and responsible innovation practices
Excellent understanding of master data management and enterprise data flows
Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams
Preferred
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting M&A activities and technology integration is highly desirable
Experience with Salesforce architecture and integration patterns
